After a successful 20-year career in banking, Alice Winter joined Massey Yacht Sales & Service in 1996, bringing together her financial expertise, love of sailing, and commitment to helping clients feel confident throughout the buying and selling process. What began as an opportunity to spend more time connected to the boating lifestyle quickly became a long-standing role supporting both customers and the Massey Yacht Sales team with care, organization, and professionalism.

As Business Manager, Alice assists buyers and sellers through the closing process, helping ensure each transaction is handled smoothly, accurately, and with attention to detail. Her banking background gives her a strong foundation for managing the important financial and administrative steps involved in yacht sales, while her approachable style helps make the experience easier and more enjoyable for clients. In addition to coordinating closings, Alice supports the office’s computer systems, contributes to marketing and collateral materials, and helps train new sales team members on the company CRM, policies and procedures.
