The boat is a freshwater only boat and has always been kept in heated indoor storage.

This boat has the 2 stateroom, 2 head layout. Master stateroom is forward with private head. Aft stateroom has 3 bunks. The aft head is on the port side instead of the third stateroom in the other layout, this provides for a larger galley.

The cockpit layout is fantastic. There is a very large "U-shaped" settee on the port side that can fit a small crowd and is great for entertaining. The cockpit tables lower down to make the large settee into another berth for extra sleeping room if needed. On the Starboard side it has a wet bar with fridge, and BarMate. Large windows surround the entire cockpit, making for a very nice open air feel and allows the Captain to see 360 degrees around the boat without any blindspots.

The large salon table drops down into a bed, providing sleeping space for another two people.

The boat is outfitted with stainless rod holders, and stainless mounts for down-riggers, which can also be available.

Inside Heated Winter Storage has already been lined up and can be included in the deal with boat.
