"California Dreamin'" is in excellent condition after completing a minor "Refit". The boat has undergone several upgrades, including two coats of fresh bottom paint, reconditioned props, and a replacement of the rudder shaft bearing. Additionally, new headliners have been installed in all interior spaces along with teak flooring. Notably, the Main Salon now features a TV, and a new anchor windlass has been installed.
